Please note there is a limit of 150 participants for the symposium
*If you attend the symposium as a principal investigator with more than one student, you can obtain a discount of more than 20 % on additional student registrations when registering as a group.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@codan-consulting.com.
Refund of registration fees will be granted as follows:
- Received on or before 30 June 2026: An administrative fee of 50 EUR per cancellation.
- After 1 July 2026: No refund
- Refunds by bank transfer or credit card will be processed after the symposium. No refunds will be granted in case of a no-show.
If the symposium is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the registration will be refunded after the deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.
