NB: There is limit of 150 participants for the symposium!

All prices include 22% Italian VAT. The dinner is including 11 % VAT. 

Please note: It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT, hence the reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible for attendees, that are taxable persons in another EU country or established outside EU, to receive an invoice without local VAT. This general rule follows from article 53 & 55 of the EU VAT Directive.

*If you attend the symposium as a principal investigator with more than one student, you can obtain a discount of more than 20 % on additional student registrations when registering as a group.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@cap-partner.eu.  

Refund of registration fees will be granted as follows:

  • Received on or before 13 July 2023: A processing fee of €50 per cancellation.
  • After 13 July 2023: No refund
  • Refunds by bank transfer or credit card will be processed after the symposium. No refunds will be granted in case of a no-show

If the symposium is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.

 
Payment & VAT Terms

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card.
Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is original and will be the only copy you will receive.

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the process.
Registration fees will be charged in Euro (€) including VAT (Italian VAT 22%). The 2nd International Kv7 Channels Symposium is registered for VAT in Italy; IT 00187749999. It is required that we charge local VAT. Invoices cannot be issued without VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply.
 

Sharing of contact details

CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the symposium. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organizational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the symposium, here under registration and information about the symposium. Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
